Not being notified about Disputes

I received a notification from my bank that a withdraw fir $65.25 was deducted by Square which I had no knowledge of. I have tried several times to call and they keep saying you need a code also checking through my sells I have four people who made purchases for that amount also I see where there is a dispute which I was NEVER informed about to give a response I am in retail brick and mortar no online so this person got away with my merchandise and the money for it I am very upset at they way this was handle i should have Bern contacted so I could have responded

Very odd that you didn't get notified of this.  According to this article on disputes, you most certainly should have been contacted.  Are you able to get a customer code by following these steps below?

Find your customer code by signing into your Square Account and choosing the issue that best fits your question. If you don't see your issue listed, please select I don't see my issue. Click on Call Us to receive your customer code.
