No sales deposits

I am still waiting for transfers from Sat and Sun sales, it is now Thursday, how long will it take?

Hey @MelodyA,

 

While we're not able to look into specific transfers via this public forum, there's a few things you'll want to check out in your dashboard:

 

  • Is a bank account linked to your Square account? Head to Account & Settings > Account > Bank Account to ensure you've successfully linked your bank account.
  • What are your transfer settings looking like? If you've enabled manual transfers, for example, you'll have to trigger a transfer from your end. With automatic transfers, we send your transfers to you on a next business day basis without the need for any other action from your end. Take a look at your transfer settings here
  • Are there any outstanding information request notifications in your dashboard? Look out for a notification in the top right hand corner when signed in on a browser on a computer. 

Lastly, you can take a look at your most recent transfers from us in-app by tapping on More > Balance, or via the Balance tab in your dashboard. If you're still having trouble locating your transfers after going through these steps, reach out to our support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time).

I did some sales Friday,  money from Square is still not in my account. 

How can I find someone to ask why I still have not received my money?
