Need verification. To start processing credit card payments, you have to verify...what is this?

This morning, when I singed in to my square online shop dashboard,

there is this alert: 

"Need verification. To start processing credit card payments, you have to verify your identity with Square"
 
Then I clicked this blue link, nothing happens and same page again.
Also, on this fist page shows: not accepting orders.
And it seems this message is wrong, our online store is open and accepting orders.
I cleared the history and such, but this alert keeps coming up.
Please fix this issue asap please.
