My account was restricted 3 months ago. The email I got said I would get my money back in 2 months.

However, the transfer option in my square bank is still greyed out. The support team literally refuses to reply. On email they just send 1 copy pasted message and then stop replying. Same thing on phone, they keep repeating the same copy pasted stuff.

I am at my wits end and don't understand if they're specifically targeting me for some reason or if their support just this horrible for everyone.

Is there anyway at all I can get some support?

Hi. Sorry for mentioning my own problems here like this but square has been holding my money hostage for over 3 months now. The email they sent said it would be released after 2 months. I have tried contacting them numerous times but all I get in response is the same copy pastes reply and they never respond to follow up questions. 

I really need that money for basic food and necessities and would appreciate if I can get it back.

You should create your own thread to get more eyeballs. This is going to be pretty buried. What excuse did they give for holding the money? Did you have issues before that they became wary of your dealings?
