Missing transfer funds

I’ve been trying to resolve the issue of missing transfers that never reached my bank for almost 3 weeks. I’ve given Square support all the info they’ve requested from my bank and have spoken with Banking officials on my end and still no resolve. How can I get in contact with upper management at Square. My bank account is as never verified with the penny deposit that they claim they do. Yet the account says verified on the dashboard. I’m very upset with Square. They’re customer service is just taking my calls and notating my issue without going up the ladder to get me my $$

This is happening to me too. They just keep giving me the “it’ll bounce back” line or not responding at all. Over a month later, they still have my $171. I thoroughly **bleep**ed that they’ve stolen my money.
