Louder/Longer Notification Until Someone Confirms

The notification on the KDS when someone makes an order is not loud enough or long enough. 

Also, it is easy for our staff to not see every ticket, therefore it would be good if you could set it so it makes a noise continuously until a staff member acknowledges the ticket.

Hey @NeptunesCafe the volume is kind of dictated by the device, so I’d suggest adding a Bluetooth speaker to your setup and you’ll be able to make it as loud as you want! 

It’s not an OS notification so it doesn’t show as a pop up, so I can’t think of a way it would be dismissed, but I totally agree on a longer option as that would be cool. Would be fun if we had a range of sounds to choose or even record our own 😂

I’ve just added one of the new KDS screens and found that a lot more dominating in the kitchen when there’s a ticket.
