Locked out of my Account

I have a suspended account and need to renew my Google Workstation but I am unable to do this because I cannot get into my Weebly/Square account. The email associated with the account no longer provides access. I have a free Weebly account and a paid account. Both accounts seem to have been merged so that when I Iog in with credentials that have worked for over 5 years they no longer work to grant me admin access to update payment or any additional information. I spent the last hour or so on chat trying to resolve this with no luck. Has anyone experienced this? How were you able to resolve the issue?
