We are using mainly square registers at our store. We have been charged 2.5%+10¢ for a long time. Lately some of the transactions will have a 2.6%+10¢ charge. It’s random, could be 150 at the lower rate and 200 at the higher rate on the same day. It clearly shows on the daily email sales report.
Also the tip pooling is not very accurate, some employees can get ¢25 more per hour than others, should be an easy calculation but somehow the software can’t get it right.
