I took payments, but money was not deposited in my account on Thursday, January 13. I have a record of the transactions, but again, the money was not deposited in my account. How do I talk to a live person?

It sounds like you may have process these payments on an account that may need attention.
Could you visit More > Settings > Account on the device that took the payments? From there if you can provide the email address associated we may be able to look into this.
