I find it very bizarre that at the same time they change the refund policy on credit cards my transfers stop going through timely. First it was supposed to arrive on the third then they changed the date to the seventh, still not here. Then I tried to contact customer service and find out that there isn't customer service. My air conditioner business can't operate like this and won't.

It sounds like your account may currently have a protective hold on it so our team can conduct an account review and verify it is secure. The Square Secure Team team reaches out by email when transfers are on hold and can also provide you with further information on the status of your account. We recommend checking your email inbox for a message from the Square Secure Team. If you're having trouble finding this, you can search your inbox for the email title, "We need some information from you." to narrow your search. You'll need to follow the instructions listed in this email in order to get your Transfers moving again.
