My identity cannot be confirmed. I've checked my EIN, name and address. All is correct. I called Customer Service and they don't seem to be able to help. I can't complete setup, or purchase a terminal until this has been completed. Any suggestions?
Sounds a bit frustrating for sure but, the Customer Support people are basically the only ones who can help - the volunteers here don't have access to User Accounts. There has to be something in your details or missing that the system requires. Most of the process is automated so one has to assume there's something else going on. Fields like Name, Business Address, EIN or SSN and Bank Account must all be accurate. Also selecting the type of business is important. There's info here that may be helpful. If you're totally sure you have input all the required info and the system is still not allowing you to finish, try Customer Support again. Hopefully the right person can assist.
