I accidentally set up a business account instead of personal account, how do I deactivate the busine

I am on a time crunch and accidentally set up a business account instead of personal account. How do I set up a personal account now? Before setting up the account, everything pointed to Square having 24/7 support or at least daily phone support which is clearly not the case.

I tried to deactivate the account but receive this message: It looks like your application to accept credit cards was declined. We are unable to complete your deactivation.

 

Please give any advice if you have run into this issue.
