How to reverify my account?

I use the square for fundraisers a couple times a year for a non profit organization that in not incorporated and does not have a federal or provincial business number. There doesn't seem to be an option to fill that form out without having one. Individual/Sole Proprietor just hangs the system and wont process and Non Profit/Charities requires a business or corporation number - anyone else have this issue?

Yes, we have this issue too.  Very similar circumstances - we use the Square 3 times a year for concerts.  We have a charity number, which it will not accept.  It is very frustrating.  And according to the guidance provided by Square themselves, it appears that we are not even required to comply with the new rules - it is intended for banks, insurance companies, credit unions, etc.  I don't know how Square managed to screw this up so completely.  I hope they fix it before December 31st.
