How to get my square business card to work with Apple wallet

So I have my square business card connected to my Apple wallet, when I try to transfer money from square to Apple wallet, it says transaction not approved by square, contact them for more info. Does anyone else have this problem?

It looks like your account has been frozen, which would explain why your card wasn't working.
