Ok so I’m new to the square community and I can understand a new business being reviewed. Now that being said why have I now been reviewed four or five times? I’ve answered all the questions every review, I’ve sent in all the documentation I can every review. It’s only after a transaction that’s more than 400 dollars it seems. Im a Mobile Mechanic so my prices range from 50-1000’s dollars at a time. I just don’t understand why every time a transaction of 400 and above is reviewed. I’m a small business owner and need all the funds I can get to help me keep working. Please @Square for the love of god stop doing this to me.
@lilADdover I will try to give you some tips, but first a couple questions:
Are you keying your payments in on the app? not using a card swipe or physical card?
Do you have the wireless/BT chip reader/tap?

From my experience, if you are not having them physically tap or dip their card, you are at a high risk of fraud/chargeback. It also costs you more money if you are not using the dip/tap with your phone/tablet. So the first thing I would do is order this or go out to sams club or best buy and pick one up. It will save you a lot of trouble down the road, because without this, you get no fraud protection. (EMV Shift)
That being said, mobile mechanics have an extremely bad rap. My own experience with one was some starter fluid and he said the timing belt had slipt, paid him, and he left to get parts...never to return. I know that isn't you, but it does affect how the processing/banking industry will look at your transactions.
So, I would get the contactless reader and use it religiously and that should solve a lot of your problems. And, insist on in-person payment/deposits.
