How long does square take to resolve an issue?

Well considering I changed my phone number on my account months ago in June. (Doing so flagged a security procedure, they locked my inactive account.) I continue business as usual, use square a few weeks ago and boom, can access my funds? Why? Because I changed my phone number months ago. 🙂 isn’t that fun! Now to resolve the issue they told me a team would contact me in 2-3 days to which they did not contact me on either of the two cases I had open. It’s now been another two weeks … is the issue resolved? Nope on the phone the agents is asking my more nonsense saying it’s protocol and STILL NO RESOLVING THE ISSUE, THEN I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE! DO BETTER SQUARE
