we pay for square plus but can’t access the 24 hour support. What’s going on? This is one of the selling points for the plan!

so log into support - go through the exhausting “live chat” feature (which you should just switch off by the way it’s not helpful whatsoever) to then get the option tos peak time an agent.
the page then says telephone support is unavailable but try to call it and it brings up a predialled code after the number (assuming this is the premium access code) and then get the Irish lady saying sorry office is closed call back between 9and5.
it’s bad enough having to request support at 8pm on a Saturday - but knowing you’re paying £130 a month and 24 hour support being the most required feature (if I’m not there the team need to be able to seek help or as it transpired on the first UK euros game when square crashes and starts missing off customer data from tickets, declining cards and just going mad) it’s not really good enough.
this is a recurring issue and the option is constantly unavailable.
we will be cancelling the package obviously for all locations.
