My accounts been suspended more them 4 weeks... I have sent a lot of email, went to the community, <I don’t see my issue>, there’s no phone number at all... I’ve tried to find a phone number, no where to be found!!! That’s really bad customer service! I have sent all the documentation that they needed.. still nothing from square.
what is my best option now ?

I'm also having the same issue. Hard to connect to a representative. Even after putting in my customer code. Keeps telling me reference to the email the sent but I never received an email about my deactivation. Also, I've sent many emails but no replies. Very disappointed.
My account has been suspended too. Just as things are opening in Ontario due to pandemic and we're about to enter busiest months July and August and apparently Square doesn't want a piece of these sales. Taking e-transfer and Cheques because I like the paper trail. Considering a Canadian bank to replace square since they are American.
