I keep having the same problem with Square and their cardholder protection for business.
This is the 3rd time we’ve had clients book appointments with us, and not show up.
We charge them according to your policy. I keep having to send it proof (which I do) to show that these charges are valid. What is your cardholder policy in place for if it doesn’t work? I’m not willing to move forward with Square any longer if you can’t defend and uphold the policies you have in place for businesses paying and using something that doesn’t work. No where in your information for cardholder protection does it state we’d have to go through providing and defending against following the rules.
Is there anyone else having this problem?
