One of my staff inadvertently charged a customer .62p instead of £62, the customer paid contactlessy so information on the transaction (that I can see) is limited.
Any suggestions on how to rectify this error.

First thing that comes up here is that you can't charge a card in Square for 62p. Scrap that - just tried and it let me. Guess you learn something new every day!
Second thing is that this is quite an expensive learning experiance but you can't recharge a card.

Yes - unfortunately we can't recharge a card.
In this case you would need to try to get in touch with the customer directly and create a new sale.
