I called and got into an argument with customer support, because they would not help me, and refused to put a Supervisor on the line... then, they suspended my support for 9 days, and now, my money has been on hold longer than 6 days... and I have no way to contact them for my money... they are holding $2600... how do I get my money released now, that it past 6 days and they still have my money
