Please let me know how I can receive my "warranty covered defective item" in 1 or 2 days instead of over a week! Your suggested waiting time of 7-10 days for a guaranteed product is unacceptable. I will lose so much money because we will have to close for a week in our busiest time of year. I am willing to pay the expedited shipping. I don't see any down side from your view. Why are you willing to lose my business? It would be no cost to you. You sent the defective item to ME! I paid full price with the warranty included. I am willing to pay the expedited shipping. If the warrenty time had been specified to almost 2 weeks I would have gone local. Which I will do if you don't remedy this matter. And I will spread the word that you guys are not reliable and totally inconvenient to deal with.
