HELP. My transfer is a week late. Support emails have gone unaswered. I can't find customer code.

What do you do when your transfer is a week late, no responses from support after 3 contacts.  Cant find my customer code to call and my $2300 is stuck in my account and wont transfer or instant transfer at all!

HELP HELP HELP please.
