I have repeatedly requested assistance from this company for a explanation why MY GIFT CARD ACTIVATION SALES ARE SETTLING AT ZERO ZERO ZERO AND ARE TRANSFERRING A ZERO VALUE TO MY ACCOUNT. NOT ONLY AM I NOT GETTING PAID BUT MY REDEMPTIONS ARE COMING OUT OF MY NEW ACTIVATIONS.  Every transaction report, detailed report, transfer report, activity report, and the required square banking settlement report say the same  zero zero zero. i am sure most sale these for retail, however I sale SPA PACKAGES  so I Pay PAYROLL ON These.  I am at  400,000 sales and over 200,000 in redemptions. THIS ERROR IS BANKRUPTING MY BUSINESS AND THERE IS NO RESOLUTION OR EVEN AN  AVENUE OF RESOLUTION. All support can tell me is after identifying the discrepency they transfer me to someone who can help and then I go throughc this over and over for hours and again NOTHING no one is a capable of actually resolving any issues. This support and seller community is a way not to ever resolve any issue they want you to discuss it with my peers. GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT. I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN RESOLVE PROBLEMS THIS IS CRIMINAL AND CATOSTROPHIC TO BUSINESS,   DO NOT DO GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL PAY THEM TO SALE THEM AND THEN THEY WILL TAKE THAT BACK. ITS EITHER A CONFIGURATION FAILURE OR CRIMINAL CORPORATE THEFT. AS THEY ARE INSERTING THEMSELVES AS your money manger and accountant..   That is crossing the line and IN a way to take your money.  This has continued for over a month with ignoring all request for batch settlement reports, I do not need an explanation how gift cards work. We have had this business since 1999. I trusted this company to be honest and not steal from customers. I NEED HELP ACTUAL HELP AND  I NEED SOMEONE TO PROVIDE THE AUDIT AND DETAIL SETTLEMENT REPORTS FOR ALL GIFT CARDS SOLD AND REDEEMED. BECAUSE THE REPORTS PROVIDED MATCH MINE AND THEY ARE ZERO ZERO AND NOW NEGATIVE ZERO.

I can see that Carla from Customer Support has already emailed you and shared more detail around gift card reporting and redemptions, and I’ve also reviewed your most recent reply. Do you happen to have a case number from the Banking team that you can share?

 

When I reviewed your gift card sales report from 2020–2025, I do see redemptions reflected there, and nothing appears to be showing as zero. As Carla mentioned, payouts occur at the time the gift card is purchased. When a gift card is later redeemed, there isn’t a separate transfer for that redemption. Because of this, the Transfers report is the best source of truth for confirming payouts related to gift card sales.

At this time, there isn’t additional reporting available beyond the gift card sales report. If you still have questions or would like help walking through any of this, I’m more than happy to continue helping.
