So i have a situation where an e-gift card was purchased online and then redeemed in the the store and the customer received the product.
Then a week later the loading of the gift card was disputed by the credit card holder. I uploaded the purchase information provided by square (since they sold the gift card through their system) and I uploaded the redemption receipt for the purchases made with the e-gift card.
The credit card company sided with the card holder in the dispute.
Since the purchase was completed by square I have no names, etc. to either prove or disprove that the same person was involved in the transaction.
Square support is useless and hasn't been able to even understand the issue.
What is my recourse?
