I've had my funds withheld 2 times within the past year because Square claims they need documentation to verify my business. One required document is a COA for cbd sales. I have exited the cbd program many times and for some reason they put me back in it. I have submitted all documents, this time around, over about 2 weeks ago and I am not getting anywhere with customer support. Any suggestions on how to move forward with this issue?
I do not believe anyone in this forum would be able to help you with why Square keeps putting you into the CBD program or why they keep holding your funds. My best suggestion is to call Square support their number is in my signature line below.
I am not nor have been in the CBD program and since 2019 when I opened my account I never had funds held besides over a weekend or bank holiday which is expected.

As @Candlestore mentioned, the volunteers in this Community cannot access your account specific information.
But not to worry! I was able to flag your account for our team to review. They found out the application to exit from the CBD programs wasn't completed.
They sent instructions on how to do so to your email. Once you complete your exit, you won't see any more requests related to the CBD program.
