I have been using square for retail for 2 - 1/2 years. I have had 1 dispute which was rightly so found in my favor as it was a false claim.
That decision was on 6/6/24. Despite calls and detailed emails over 2 months later I have STILL not received the funds back from square.
After emailing several times I did receive one response stating the funds would be returned withing 1-3 business days and then nothing. I received another response stating that they could not re-open the case as the decision by the cc company bank was final. This is maddening as the dispute was found in my favor.
I am very close to the acceptance to take the time money and hassle to move my business to Spotify.
Does anyone have any advice here?

Indeed It was refunded back to my account. I spoke with a really great cs rep who was able to give me detail.
