Has anyone successfully received support from Square's team yet? We are struggling and need help. It's been weeks and they just keep sending us the same vague email, asking us to go to our dashboard and provide information, but nothing specific about what's missing or what they expect. If someone could just tell us SPECIFICALLY what they need, we can rectify our situation ASAP. I just don't get it.
