Here is my situation. We recently sold our hair salon business. Not the actual company, but the DBA, clients, inventory, staff, location, etc. We maintained the Square account we had been running that business under, chaining the business details to reflect the new DBA, address, staff, etc. The people who bought the business from us opened a new Square Acct. We had exported the clients, however when they imported them, none of the notes they had been keeping in the client database imported.
They apparently opened up a case with the Customer Director support team (102061904) regarding the issue and were told it was possible to restore clients back to our system which can then be exported in a manner that provides them with what they are after. However, I cannot get through to anyone via the support number that will get me to where I need to go. I need to figure this out so they can get their information and move on from me having to provide information.
Can someone take a look at the case number and let me know what I am need to do to make this happen. The support line has been a frustrating and miserable experience that wasted tons of time and got me nowhere.
