Check rejected because I did not hand write for mobile deposit only to square. Although I did check the spot for mobile deposit only and wrote in square where it had a space for institution. It was rejected. I then hand wrote in what they said. Now it’s been rejected as a duplicate. Called and they said they would escalate it and email me. Waited two days and no response. Called again and received the same response. Waited another day and no response. Terrible terrible customer service. I’ll have to switch to a different company. I cannot hold a customer’s check for a month. Still waiting on square to respond!!
