We run a convenient store . we are small sellers and have Lottery terminal .

During october /november statrting this year online sports started which can be printed from lottery terminal . .

People are coming and playing . 

Some customers came and played lottery for sports  and paid amount using cards . mentioned it is Visa debit. 

And they inserted their card and metioned the square device not recognizing and entered manually their number and transaction went through .The buyer didint win the games and lost .

Now i received chargeback on that .  It is totally false charge back . how to show the proof ..?we got only square receipt . Apart from that nothing else .

At this time, Lottery Tickets are a prohibited item to be sold on Square.

Disputes are initiated by your Customer and their Bank, and in order to protect your business we need any conversation or documentation that proves that your customer completed the sale. If you do not have any proof besides the Square-generated receipt, there isn't much our team can do and this is one of the main reasons that Lottery tickets cannot be sold on our platform.
