Bug Report: Items with both per item and per unit pricing do not display correctly in Square Online

I'm trying to file this as a bug report but there seems to be no way that I can find to just submit a bug report and apparently these forums don't let me upload images to show the problem (?) I'll try linking to the images on imgur: https://imgur.com/a/nckZAin

 

So basically I sell foamcore in both pre-cut and custom sizes, so I have sizes that are per-unit price and a Custom item that is per square foot. Square Online basically has no idea how to deal with this so it displays it as though all the prices are per square-foot until you select a size.

 

I would just turn off the custom per-unit variant for online since Square Online doesn't really have a way to allow customers to put in the dimensions they need anyway but if I delete the variant from Online it also deletes it from my POS!

 

The only way I can see to work around this is to create a separate item for per-unit pricing but then that messes up reporting since its now separate items.

You'll want to make these reports to our direct CS team and have them file for you.
