Balance not

Hello sellers and support. Anyone have experienced a sale not showing in balance. I do deliveries here and there and sometimes customers paid me tru payment links. This time after the customer paid the transaction is not showing on my balance. But i can see them on the transaction and sales list. Anyone can advise? Thanks

In this case, I’d suggest starting with some browser troubleshooting steps to ensure that this is not simply a browser issue. 

Here are a few troubleshooting tips you can try:

 

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
  • Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari.

 

If your balance still isn’t updating as expected, please give our support team a call on 0800 098 8008 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
