It would be amazing to have an automated text message -so when clients text you for an appointment - an automatic message is sent to say i have received the message and to allow 24 hours for response- or something like that. Facebook business suite and emails allows it and I have seen other businesses do that when I text them. It just gives the clients a better heads up if I’m away or busy or etc.

We do have Square Assitant, but that will only respond in cases of the customer asking to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
