Accounts on hold

Square continues to place  my account on hold with no notification or communication as to why. Upon calling the customer service number they are unable to get a response.  I was told I would get an email which i never did. I was able to transfer money into the account for payroll but they won’t let me run payroll. They will still accept money and hold it. I feel scammed
