Hello @Albanyareapro thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble getting your funds transferred. Have you contacted Square Support? You must contact them, they are the only ones who can look into you account and see what's going on with this issue. I can't speak to your personal account, but in dealing with any business/vendor/customer with your business, you must be your own advocate. Do not let issues go like this and seek a quick resolution, whatever avenue you need to take.
And just speaking personally...if someone or a business started owing me money....I wouldn't keep giving it to them. Square has been WONDERFUL with my small business and I wouldn't consider leaving and going to another company for the same services. However, if Square decided to keep 10k of my money, and I couldn't figure out why...well, again, I would make some changes in my business.
