Account I under review and funds on hold

So my my account has been under review since August 4th. On the balance page of my account it says typically  1 business day. Customer service says 3-5. I’ve answered all questions and still waiting apparently I’m only on day 2. Someone please help! All my money is tied up with them and 3-5 days is just not helping. My salon rent has bounced because of this hold. Has anyone had a similar experience? How did it work out for you? I’ve read horrible threads of 90 plus days holds. 
let me also add that they say the account is on hold because of suspicious activity and asked me about recent transactions and nothing is wrong on my end I told them with any transactions..

 

PLEASE HELP!
