I am trying to import the customer list and keep coming across errors. To upload the customers, I keep getting the error "Invalid Date Format" even though I have tried several of the recommended date formats (YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-DD-MM, DD-MM-YYYY). I created their CSV based on the template downloaded in the import area. For the clients that did upload, their information is not syncing in the customer area, although when you open up the account there is data under those fields.

Hi JJ, I have reached out to support several times, unfortunately the only thing they were able to redirect me to is the import guidelines, which my CSV is following, but it still isn't allowing me to upload it, so that is why I was reaching out to the seller community to see if anyone else has recommendations.

If your problem does persist I could suggest exporting your current customer directory and adding your data to that one and see if works this time.
It sounds like you may have already done that. If so reach out to support and share your CSV with them to have our product team troubleshoot or identify what could be causing your particular import to fail or not work as expected.
