If you go to your Dashboard, you can navigate to Giftcards (it'll either be on the top of the menu or condensed under Payments). When you're in Giftcards, it will show you an overview of all of your recent activations, redemptions, as well as the value of outstanding giftcards.
in order to reload a gift card for a customer, it'll be a sale through your POS. If you have the whole giftcard number, then you can reload by going to reload card or check balance and enter the entire number and process the sale.
