where can I get a replacement cable from my cash drawer to printer?

I have contacted customer service and they were not very helpful. They put me in contact with the manufacutrer who told me they don't sell directly to customers. They in turn put me in contact with a company but the phone number provided was invalid?

I would really like to be able to get into my cash drawer after a sale without using the key to the drawer.

I have checked amazon but the cable I need does not show as a purcasable item. Just the register itself.

Do you know what the name & model number of the wire is?

Sometimes different Printers & Drawers need different wires.

without knowing exactly what you have I can't promise this will work but this is what I use to connect my star printer to my agp cash drawer.  I don't know if that is an industry standard or not.
