Does anyone know how to stop self serve orders printing 2 duplicate tickets?

Hey @Thj, thanks for flagging this! There are a few things I'd like to check in regards to this:
If possible, you can also try deleting and recreating the printer station to see if that will help with the duplicate printing. If that doesn't help, please let me know. It might require additional investigating from our team,
Hi @Thj yes, I can tell you.
On the iPad which you have configured for self serve/online orders (you must only have one), switch it back to the
previous Square POS. I dont have the ipad in front of me but it is in 'settings' of the POS.
Once I did this, it fixed my issue of getting 2 x tickets for online orders!
