Hi @rosfouin. Is it just for one customer where it's not accepting? Or is it every customer trying to use Mastercard? If it's just one customer, I'd have them reach out to Mastercard and make sure there isn't a security threshold on the card. Hopefully that helps but please let me know if it's multiple customers where you're seeing this happen.
