Tag missing

Hi everyone

I have been trying in vane to get Bing to see pages in our website . The problem is Bing webmaster tools report the <h1>tag is missing. Google Console notes it too but does not seem to be a big deal as I have been able to index many more pages.

Does anyone know how to add a <h1>tag. I am a novice at this so please avoid tech talk.

From looking into this previously, the only H1 element is the banner headline. There are more information in this thread that may come in handy for you.

We also have a SEO Guide for Square Online which you can find here. It'll walk you through setting up URLs, adding title tag/meta description and more.
