how to un freeze the service library

Everything seems to work except service library. It just stays with the loading circle and nothing loads I restarted the wifi, I restarted the page, I signed out and back in.

I think it is something on Squares end. Maybe they are doing an update, or there is a glitch. I'm having the same problem with everything in that area, if it does load it is extremely slow.
