We have a customer who has visited us twice.
When I dump all of the transaction data for the year, I see two transactions for that customer. One for $97.06 and one for $132.85.
When I try to use the transaction report for that customer, I see a single transaction. Only the $97.06 one appears. All of the filters are off; I should see two transactions.
There are quite a few examples of this.
Any tips from anyone?

When you dump your Transactions for a Year you see two Transacation but when you do a Report you only see one.
I am wondering if you did the Report for the Sametime Frame.
This will then give you the 2 transacations and the Dates for these two transactions to see if the Date range of the Report can see the Date or if the Missing Transacation was out side the Reports date range. I also like getting my data from Square as a csv file so I do not have to keep searching for the correct report I want or created on the Square dashboard website.
