Why can't I login to my account?

[The title of this thread has been changed from "Login" to "Why can't I login to my account?"]

This app logged me out and then kept saying my password is wrong so I rest the password but it kept saying FOR your security you can not reset your password so I had to create another account 🤦🏿‍♂️ can anybody help me get back into my old account I just created yesterday?

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time getting logged in!

The error you got about resetting your password is odd. Maybe it was too many attempts so it locked you out?

I'd recommend contacting our Support Team directly so that they can help you regain access to the old account.

When I try to sign in it doesn't recognize my password.  When I try to re-set my password, I get an email link that says "do you want to open or save login (180 bytes) from squareup.com".  Any ideas?

I merged your post to a relevant existing post about login issues.

I'd recommend doing a reset password link to your email if your password isn't working!
