A few days ago we noticed that this tab is empty for us. We're unable to go back and reprint receipts because of this. Any tips?

In regard to this issue, do the transactions ever appear again? Or are they permanently gone? Can you find these transactions on your dashboard?
To begin, I would check to make sure your app is up to date, and your device is also up to date.
