Why are my items disappearing from my item library?

I listed about 4 items, all with size and color variations. However, when i hit save on the 3rd and 4th one, they disappeared as soon as i went to a different page. i tried to refresh it after each one which helped the 1st time, then had the same issue the next try, making both disappear. how can i add my inventory and have it stay in my library?

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing this. What device and internet browser are you using? Also, do any error messages appear on your screen after clicking "save?"

Hi, no error messages. I'll hit save, and itll go to the items library page and show up. Then if I do anything, ie refresh the screen, or open the edit website tab, it's gone. I am using windows 10

I was doing it on the website thru the laptop, bug now that you mentioned that I just tried thru the app on my phone and it seems to have worked!

Glad to hear. If it becomes an issue when attempting to make edits on the laptop, please try using Google Chrome or Firefox to see if it helps.
