What happened to my Tedooo account?

Can someone help me, please? I attempted to log in to my account, and I received a message that I am on the global site; however, when I try to login in using my username and password that I created, I receive a message that my username and password are errors. Is there a way to switch to United States without losing everything that I have done so far?

 

I don't understand what happened to my account. It was working fine until today. I cannot get into my account, nor can I move my information in order to place it in 'united states' location. Please assist.
