We have square stand alone terminals set up and using WiFi currently but the internet doesn’t work well through out the building but have cat-5 Ethernet plugs accessible but no way to plug our terminals in to use the Ethernet connection we don’t have the printers just the iPad the stands for them with a card swiper and chip reader as well as the money drawers

Due to the iPads internet connection being dependent on Wifi, I'd suggest working with your internet provider to look into some solutions. You may need to move the router closer to your Stands so they can connect to the wifi or the signal can be more stable.

Also, solutions such as Google Wifi might be something to look into. This is more of a signal booster that could help create a mesh network to connect the stands more stably.
